Focus Areas:

Community Visioning

The process of community visioning engages diverse voices to dream, co-create, network, and plan for the future of their community creating more pride and clarity around the direction of the place we call home. Community visioning is a grassroots effort that engages citizens, inspired the community, and provides clarity for elected officials and community leaders to move forward with unity and understanding.

Main Street Revitalization

Our Main Streets and Downtown Districts are epicenters for economic prosperity, culture, identity, and belonging. When our communities prosper and feel hopeful about its future, so do we. Many times with changes in economy and industry rural downtowns experience ups and downs and are much more susceptible to the rise and fall of industry. For already established Main Street organization, I can help provide organizational development and strategic planning.. If your community is interested in developing a Main Street organization, I can work with you to build engagement for revitalizing your downtown through the Main Street approach.
